Mentorship
Our 'Coffee Chat Mentorship' is a form of peer-to-peer informal mentoring or guidance that takes place during a casual conversation over a cup of coffee or another beverage. It's a less structured and more relaxed approach to mentorship, where individuals can discuss their goals, challenges, and seek advice or insights from a more experienced colleague or peer in a comfortable and approachable setting.
